Hunger Signals: A Self-Guided Intuitive Eating Program Most people who come to this program have followed food rules for years without lasting results, and have concluded the fault is theirs. It usually isn't. Restriction produces predictable physiological effects, and understanding those effects changes how you respond to your own hunger. Hunger Signals is a six-module program that explains the biology behind eating patterns and helps you rebuild a working relationship with your body's signals. It is self-guided, so you move at whatever pace suits you. Each module pairs a short video with a companion workbook. You'll learn how the hormones ghrelin, leptin, and cortisol shape hunger and fullness, why restriction tends to backfire, and how to read physical hunger again using a simple hunger-fullness scale. The ten principles of intuitive eating are presented in plain clinical language, each with one practical step. The program closes with a two-week framework and reflection prompts you can return to over time. There are no meal plans, calorie targets, or food rules anywhere in it. The work is about understanding the patterns you've been living with and responding to your body with more information and less judgment.
