Hey Doll, I'm Doc Rose! I am a Navy Corpsman veteran (Oorah), Medical Lab Scientist, Holistic Health Coach, and am passionate about Wholistic Medicine and Sports Nutrition.
I obtained degrees in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. I am currently pursuing my MS/PhD in Wholistic Medicine & Nutrition with a focus on Sports Nutrition & Physiology. I received my Yoga Teacher Certification in Thailand in 2014, and have studied Ashtanga Yoga with Paramaguru Sharath R. Jois of KPJAYI in Mysore, India. I began running half marathons in 2013 and I currently train with Olympian IFBB Pro Joe Cantu. I guess you could say I'm bit of a fitness fanatic, and I've tried everything from Crossfit to Yoga, Keto to Ayurveda.
I began my fitness journey over 20 years ago (before I joined the Navy). I actually started because I enlisted and wanted to get in shape before bootcamp (I knew those pushups were going to be a b*tch). Since 2015, I have made 2 dramatic body transformations.

I started to put my formal medical education into play and combine it with my fitness and nutrition experiences. However, what works for me doesn’t work for everyone. I believe that we are all different, especially our metabolisms. They are like fingerprints. We all have them, but each one is unique to us.
I get to the root cause of your health imbalance with a multidisciplinary approach combining holistic health and diagnostic lab testing. It is my mission to empower you with nutrition literacy so you can become your best health advocate.

All my life I was just doing what I loved- being my genial, nerdy, athletic self, and came to the epiphany that this is my passion and I should combine my career with my hobby.
As an active member of the veteran community, I give back to my brothers and sisters-in-arms, to women who are too intimidated to hire a trainer, women who want a woman who understands women’s bodies.
I am here to educate and promote healthy living and natural healing by means of functional health nutrition, and advocate for veterans’ health.
